BIO
Chiara was born and raised in the Netherlands in a British-Italian household. She was schooled internationally and trained as an actor in London at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, obtaining a Bachelor in Acting. Her training as a performer continued after graduation when she became a founding member of the Rough Fiction Ensemble Lab.
A number of fringe theatre performances followed, most notably as Philomele in Rough Fiction's The Love of the Nightingale, directed by Simon Pittman, and as Sarah in Third Man Theatre's Mugs Arrows, directed by Ken McClymont. Credits during her time in London also count five appearances in Oscar-winning Slick Films' productions, a number of television commercials, voiceovers and other recorded arts projects.
After a 6 month tour of Italy playing Gertrude in Oscar Wilde's An Ideal Husband for Palketto Stage, Chiara moved to Amsterdam in 2016. There she worked closely with students of DasArts on a number of graduate and touring pieces as a guest collaborator and performer. She also began working as a producer, working on a number of fashion photography projects with Spark Productions and producing Dutch television shows Dwars Door De Week and Zondag Met Lubach for Human Factor TV.
Her most recent acting role was as the lead in INCITEMENT, a P'tit Madeleines virtual reality film that premiered at Cannes and was an official SXSW selection. Chiara continues to work as a performer, alongside translating, editing and proofreading texts for a variety of academic and cultural institutions. She is also the founder and senior booking agent of the first cooperative DJ booking agency, IN UNISON.

Chiara developed sound artist Susanna Davis-Crook's piece Out of Body Bind at the Royal College of Art. The piece's focus on the transcendental and archetypal idolatry later became a guideline for their piece Deep Focus, an hour-long binaural recording commissioned by Coutts for Cowley Manor House.
